每學(xué)期結(jié)束前的“三好學(xué)生”評選,由于學(xué)校有評選名額限制,因此歡樂的孩子總是班級成績優(yōu)秀的那幾個,因為這種評價方式,首先是以分數(shù)論英雄,而學(xué)生之間的個體差異,讓多數(shù)孩子從小就要品嘗失敗的滋味,這也是造成學(xué)生厭學(xué)的重要原因。
新教育的核心理念之一就是“重視精神狀態(tài),倡導(dǎo)成功體驗”。那么,如何才能讓我校的每一個孩子都能體驗到成功的喜悅,擁有幸福的童年呢?
為此,我們重新設(shè)計了我校的學(xué)生成長手冊——《繽紛童年》。這本成長手冊從冊名征集,到版塊設(shè)置、封面設(shè)計都凝聚了我校師生的智慧和汗水。
一、冊名征集
關(guān)于學(xué)生成長手冊的冊名,一開始是我一個人在思考,應(yīng)該取個怎樣的名字才合適?這個名字既要能體現(xiàn)我們學(xué)校的辦學(xué)理念,又要適合每一個孩子的個性特點。我想了好幾個名字,拿不定主意,于是就跟老師們商量,其中一位老師提醒我,孩子們的成長手冊,冊名的設(shè)計應(yīng)該讓孩子們來參與。我一聽,這主意真好!于是我們就在三至六年級開展了“我的冊名我做主”冊名征集活動,要求孩子們不但要設(shè)計冊名,更要講出自己的理由。各班先在班內(nèi)進行評選,然后每個班推薦五個同學(xué)的冊名參加學(xué)校評選,經(jīng)過篩選,我們又從中挑選了三個比較好的冊名讓學(xué)生投票表決,最后獲票最多的就是“繽紛童.年”。此項活動中,孩子們參與的積極性都很高,每個參與活動的孩子都發(fā)揮了他們無限的想象力。其實,學(xué)生身上會有很多值得老師學(xué)習(xí)的地方。難怪童話大王鄭淵沽在皮皮魯講堂都稱呼他的學(xué)生為老師,可在我們的學(xué)校,能稱呼學(xué)生為老師的有幾個人呢?
二、版塊設(shè)置
在版塊設(shè)置上,我校的《繽紛童年》力求做到全面反映學(xué)生小學(xué)六年的學(xué)校、家庭以及社會生活情況,并對之進行有效評價,讓每個孩子都能在六年級畢業(yè)時,擁有一本與眾不同的《繽紛童年》。
版塊一:校園之星評選
從2013年起,我校不再評選“三好學(xué)生”,取而代之的是“12加N”的“校園之星”評價模式,“12”為12個單項獎,“N”為特長獎。我們將學(xué)生的日常行為習(xí)慣細化為“講究衛(wèi)生”“生活自理”“尊敬師長”“熱愛勞動”“博覽群書”等12個單項獎,每一個單項獎還設(shè)計了三至四個評價標準。對于特長獎的設(shè)置,我們沒有規(guī)定具體項目,只要是學(xué)生認為自己有過人之處,都可以申請?zhí)亻L獎。學(xué)生獲滿12個單項獎,另加一個特長獎,即可申報“校園之星”獎。每學(xué)年的六年級畢業(yè)聯(lián)歡會和“校園之星”頒獎一起舉行,每年這個時候,是我校最熱鬧的,也是所有孩子最期盼的,因為即使是成績最差的學(xué)生,只要達到申報獎項的標準,就可以獲獎。
版塊二:學(xué)生成長記錄
學(xué)生成長記錄分六個年級十二學(xué)期進行設(shè)置,每個學(xué)期分別由“成長在線”“我行我秀”“校內(nèi)綜合素質(zhì)評價”“校外綜合素質(zhì)評價”“學(xué)科成績”“我的假期設(shè)計”六個單元。
“成長在線”又分為“我的閱讀書目”“我的獲獎紀錄”“我的心里話”三部分;“我行我秀”是讓學(xué)生用圖畫或文字的形式記錄本學(xué)期最值得自己驕傲的事情;“校內(nèi)綜合素質(zhì)評價”是由班主任老師對學(xué)生的十二個單項進行評價;“校外綜合素質(zhì)評價”是由家長對學(xué)生的十二個單項進行評價;“學(xué)科成績”是用等級記錄學(xué)生本學(xué)期各科的考試成績;“我的假期設(shè)計”引導(dǎo)學(xué)生對自己在假期里想閱讀的書目、想?yún)⒓拥纳鐣嵺`活動進行初步規(guī)劃,并要求家長對其進行星級評定。這樣的記錄,涵蓋了學(xué)生生活的方方面面,評價內(nèi)容具體,形式多樣,有自我評價、同學(xué)評價、老師評價、家長評價。在評價的同時,其實也是一次心與心的交流。
版塊三:學(xué)生畢業(yè)留念
每到學(xué)生即將畢業(yè)的時候,都有很多學(xué)生到小店里買畢業(yè)紀念冊,式樣單一的紀念冊,其實對小學(xué)生來說意義不大,很少有學(xué)生將它好好保存。于是我們在《繽紛童年》的最后,設(shè)計了“學(xué)生畢業(yè)留念”這一版塊。這一版塊又分為畢業(yè)寄語和畢業(yè)贈言兩部分,畢業(yè)寄語是我寫給每一位即將畢業(yè)的孩子的一封信,對學(xué)生小學(xué)六年的生活做簡要的回顧,對今后的學(xué)習(xí)、生活提出殷切的期望。
在信的末尾我這樣寫道:“這本成長手冊,已跟隨你六年,它是你成長的最好見證。它記錄了你的成績,你的夢想,你的進步。同時,也記錄了老師、家長、同學(xué)對你的呵護和期待。它是母校送給你的最好的禮物,希望你好好保存。
再過兩個月,你就要步人初中的大門,校園變了,同學(xué)變了,老師也變了,但有一樣,希望永遠都不要變,那就是我們小學(xué)黑板上方的那六個大字‘讀好書,做好人’。將來,無論你走到什么地方,從事什么職業(yè),都要記住成長手冊扉頁上的那句話:讓人們因我的存在而感到幸福。”
三、封面設(shè)計
對于封面設(shè)計,我們也進行了好幾輪的修改,從圖片的選擇到文字的設(shè)計,我們都經(jīng)過了反復(fù)的思考,以便能更好地凸顯我校的辦學(xué)理念。
在封底,我們寫了這么一首小詩:

我們希望我校的孩子,無論是大樹還是小草,無論是玫瑰還是蜻蜓,都能找到屬于自己的幸福。
這本成長手冊得到了學(xué)生以及家長的一致認同,對學(xué)生的評價效益也逐步顯現(xiàn)。記得去年秋季學(xué)期的學(xué)期末,五(3)班的一個女孩子早晨到校遇到我,笑瞇瞇地問我:“校長,我可以申報‘文明禮貌獎’嗎?”我說:“當然可以。”她一聽,蹦蹦跳跳地跑走了。其實,這個孩子是一位學(xué)困生,但每次遇到我,都要熱情地跟我打招呼。如果是以前,獎狀肯定與她無緣,但自從我校實施了“校園之星”評價模式,像這樣的孩子也能陽光、快樂、幸福地成長。
