一、尊重個(gè)性的差異，作業(yè)內(nèi)容多樣化

新課程下只有立足于學(xué)生實(shí)際，秉著“以人為本、尊重個(gè)性差異”的理念，才能實(shí)現(xiàn)“多元化評價(jià)學(xué)生”的可能。因而，語文教師在設(shè)計(jì)作業(yè)時(shí)也應(yīng)該立足于學(xué)生的實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀，打破傳統(tǒng)所有學(xué)生做同樣的練習(xí)題的單一局面，應(yīng)該在既可以鍛煉大家基礎(chǔ)能力的同時(shí)，也應(yīng)該在“尊重個(gè)性差異”的基礎(chǔ)上充分把握學(xué)生本身實(shí)際，并根據(jù)學(xué)生語文素養(yǎng)的高低和自身特長等諸多因素，讓設(shè)計(jì)的作業(yè)內(nèi)容盡量趨于多樣化。

比如教師在完成一首古詩的教學(xué)后，設(shè)計(jì)作業(yè)時(shí)就可以根據(jù)學(xué)生不同的個(gè)性差異，一方面讓基礎(chǔ)較為薄弱、遷移拓展能力暫時(shí)有困難的學(xué)生或通過基礎(chǔ)習(xí)題、或通過背誦課文等方式反復(fù)加深對文本的理解，為以后知識的遷移拓展打下扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)；另一方面讓那一些基礎(chǔ)比較扎實(shí)、知識遷移拓展能力相對較強(qiáng)的學(xué)生在掌握文本的情況下，可以嘗試通過改寫、仿寫、課外比較閱讀等方式，為他們提供發(fā)揮各自特長的機(jī)會，促進(jìn)他們有個(gè)性地發(fā)展。

二、教材緊密結(jié)合生活，作業(yè)形式多樣化

新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指出：“高中語文課程應(yīng)注重應(yīng)用，加強(qiáng)與社會發(fā)展、科技進(jìn)步的聯(lián)系，加強(qiáng)與其他課程的溝通，以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)實(shí)生活或?qū)W生自我發(fā)展的需要。”實(shí)際上這就明確強(qiáng)調(diào)了語文學(xué)習(xí)必須要理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，要與生活緊密結(jié)合，我們應(yīng)該等同看待語文和生活的外延。因而，教師在語文作業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)上不僅要促進(jìn)學(xué)生均衡而有個(gè)性的發(fā)展，而且還要關(guān)注身邊事情、留意生活的內(nèi)容，讓語文作業(yè)形式多樣化。

傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)觀念導(dǎo)致教師往往把完成語文作業(yè)的時(shí)空轉(zhuǎn)移到了課堂之外，事實(shí)上這正是沒有清楚地看到什么才是真正課堂的最優(yōu)化的結(jié)果。教師應(yīng)該打破傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)觀念，突破作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)空限制，提倡新課程下的語文課堂留

筆者曾經(jīng)嘗試過：在講授完《米洛斯的維納斯》后就趁熱打鐵讓學(xué)生來分析“殘缺的是否一定就是美的”，學(xué)生參與討論甚至爭辯的熱烈場面真是讓人驚喜。這樣既鍛煉了學(xué)生的思辨能力，同時(shí)又加深了學(xué)生對文本內(nèi)涵的真正理解，進(jìn)而推而廣之，讓學(xué)生拓展延伸到對藝術(shù)內(nèi)涵的真正理解。

值得慎重的是，新課程下要在班級教學(xué)中做好這一點(diǎn)，教師不可像傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)中那樣急于求成的搞一刀切，非要所有學(xué)生把作業(yè)按統(tǒng)一格式寫在作業(yè)本上，而忽視現(xiàn)在的學(xué)生大都思維活躍，極富創(chuàng)意的，這樣機(jī)械的模式一以貫之，很容易挫傷學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。反之，如果教師因材施教、因勢利導(dǎo)，完全可以“百家爭鳴、百花齊放”。在新課程改革呼聲日益高漲的今天，在新課標(biāo)的指引下，我們語文教師也要有與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的勇氣，不斷反思語文教育的諸多細(xì)節(jié)，更新觀念、大膽探索。
